At Central Plastics Inc., every new employee begins orientation by watching a professionally produced safety induction video that presents foundational workplace safety practices. This video covers key areas such as the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard identification, safe lifting basics, emergency preparedness, general housekeeping, and prevention of common industrial incidents—providing a unified overview aligned with industry-standard safety principles.

Following the video, a facilitator leads a brief discussion to reinforce major themes, connect them to Central Plastics’ general environment, and address any clarifying questions. New team members are then introduced to colleagues and tour the facility under guidance, setting the stage for hands-on learning and mentorship. This approach helps establish a solid safety mindset and ensures consistent messaging from day one.
